Cancellation Policy

This page explains how and when you can cancel an order placed on LitPartyShit. It supplements our Terms of Service and Shipping Policy.

1. Eligibility to Cancel

You may request a cancellation:

  • Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if we have not yet processed and dispatched them. Contact us as soon as possible, ideally within a few hours of placing your order.
  • After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not guaranteed. You may refuse delivery or follow our Returns Policy upon receipt, but shipping fees may be non‑refundable.

Certain products, such as customised or personalised items, may not be cancellable once production has begun. We will clearly indicate such items on the product pages.

2. How to Cancel an Order

  1. Email or Call: Contact our customer support at [support email] or [support phone number] with your order number and reason for cancellation.
  2. Verification: We will verify the status of your order. If it hasn’t yet been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and process a refund.
  3. Confirmation: You will receive a cancellation confirmation email once the request is approved. Refunds may take 7–10 working days to reflect, depending on your payment method.

3. Cancellation of Bulk/Custom Orders

Bulk or customised orders may involve significant preparation. Cancellation terms for such orders are:

  • Before production starts: You may cancel for a full or partial refund (minus any administrative fees).
  • After production starts: Cancellations may incur charges to cover materials and labour.
  • After dispatch: Cancellations are not possible. You may follow our Returns Policy, but customised items may be non‑returnable.

Specific cancellation terms for bulk orders will be outlined in your quote and agreement.

4. Non‑Cancellable Items

  • Personalised products: Items customised with names, logos or special colours.
  • Products marked “final sale” or “non‑returnable.”
  • Perishable items: If we ever offer products with limited shelf life, they cannot be cancelled after dispatch.
