Track Your Order

This page allows you to follow the progress of your shipment from our warehouse to your doorstep.

1. How to Track Your Order

  1. Find your tracking ID: After your order ships, we send you an email with a tracking ID and a link to the courier’s tracking portal. The tracking ID is also available under My Account > Orders on our website.
  2. Visit the tracking page: Enter your tracking ID and the email or phone number used at checkout into the tracking fields. Click Track to view the status.
  3. View status updates: You will see real‑time updates such as “Order processed,” “In transit,” “Out for delivery,” and “Delivered.”

2. Courier‑Specific Tracking

If you prefer to track directly on the courier’s website, copy the tracking ID and paste it into the tracking page of our logistics partners (e.g., Delhivery, Bluedart, India Post). Links to each courier’s tracking portal will be provided alongside your tracking ID.

3. Troubleshooting

  • Tracking ID not recognised: It can take up to 24 hours after dispatch for tracking numbers to become active. Try again later.
  • Status hasn’t changed: Delays can occur due to weather, customs or logistical issues. If the status does not update for more than 3–4 days, contact our support.
  • Package shows delivered but not received: Check with neighbours or building security. If still missing, contact the courier and our support team immediately.

4. Notifications

You can opt into SMS or email updates by selecting the notification option at checkout or in your account settings. You will receive automatic notifications when your order status changes.

5. Contact Us

If you are unable to track your order or need assistance, email contact@litpartyshit.com or call +91 9945 8583 98 with your order number and tracking ID. Our team will coordinate with the courier and provide you with the latest information.
