We do not store your card or banking details.

5. Shipping & Delivery Policy

Typical shipping durations after dispatch:
- Metro cities: 2–5 business days
- Non-metros: 3–8 business days
- Remote areas: 5–10 business days
These are estimates, not guarantees. Delivery may be affected by courier delays, weather, strikes, or other uncontrollable factors.
5.3 Shipping Charges
Shipping fees, if applicable, are shown at checkout.
Free-shipping promotions may be offered occasionally.
5.4 Order Tracking
You will receive a tracking ID once your order is shipped. Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to reflect.
5.5 Wrong or Incomplete Address
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages due to:
- Incorrect/incomplete addresses
- Customer unavailability
- Failure to respond to courier calls
Re-delivery charges may apply. Refunds are not guaranteed.
5.6 Damaged Packages on Delivery
If the outer packaging appears heavily damaged or tampered with:
- Take clear photos/videos

We will assist as per our Refund & Returns Policy below.
6. Refund & Returns Policy
Due to the nature of electronic/LED products, we offer returns only for defective or damaged items.
6.1 Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for a replacement or refund:
- Contact us within 3 days of delivery
- Product must be unused and in original packaging
- Provide clear photos/videos showing the issue
We do not accept returns for:
- Change of mind
- Wrong product ordered by customer
- Damage caused after delivery
- LED brightness, color, or effect variations
- Wear-and-tear or cosmetic scratches
6.2 Replacement Process
If approved:
- We may arrange a return pick-up or request you to ship it back.
- Once inspected, a replacement will be sent.
- If out of stock, store credit or refund may be provided.
6.3 Refund Conditions
Refunds are issued only when:
- Replacement is not possible
- Product is confirmed defective
- Order is canceled before dispatch (subject to approval)
Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the error was ours.
6.4 Order Cancellations
Cancellations are allowed before dispatch.
Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled or refunded.
